Welcome to Asuad Bespoke, the official home of Asuad Signature jewelry and accessories. By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING
    • All orders are processed once full payment is confirmed.
    • Engraved jewelry & accessories are ready within 24 hours.
    • Cut out or custom jewelry takes 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Orders placed during promotions or high demand periods may experience slight delays.
  2. PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate engraving text, images, or details.
    • Asuad Bespoke is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
    • Once production begins, customization details cannot be changed or cancelled.
  3. PAYMENT
    • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, card payment, or approved online gateways.
    • Full payment is required before production starts.
    • Prices may change without prior notice.
  4. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
    • Lagos delivery: 24–48 hours after production
    • Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days via trusted logistics partners
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services or incorrect delivery information.
    • Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
  5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the customized nature of our products:
• Custom made and engraved items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Returns are only accepted for wrong items sent or factory defects.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  1. WARRANTY
    • Jewelry comes with a 30 day warranty for color durability.
    • Warranty does not cover water, perfume, chemicals, scratches, or misuse.
  2. JEWELRY CARE
    • Avoid water, sweat, and harsh chemicals.
    • Store in a dry place or in the provided box.
    • Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
  3. CANCELLATIONS
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, especially for custom/engraved items.
    • Regular (non custom) items can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment.
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    • All designs, photos, videos, and content belong to Asuad Bespoke/Asuad Signature.
    • Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
  5. PRIVACY
    • Personal information is only used for order processing and delivery.
    • Payment details are securely processed through verified gateways.
