NO REFUND ON CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not offer refunds on personalized items, including:
• Engraved jewelry & accessories
• Cut out custom made jewelry
• Items with custom names, dates, pictures, initials, or special requests
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
WRONG ORDER OR FACTORY DEFECT
You may request exchange ONLY if:
•. The spellings, or any details you want on your jewelry/accessories are not correct,
• You received the wrong item,
• The item arrived with a visible factory defect, or
• It was damaged before delivery.
To qualify, you must:
• Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your item
• Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or wrong order
• Keep the item unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the claim.
DELIVERY DAMAGES
If a product is damaged during delivery:
• Kindly report immediately within 24 hours
• Provide photos/videos of the packaging and the item
• A replacement may be offered depending on the case
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be refunded or returned:
• Custom orders
• Sale/discount items
• Items exposed to water, perfume, sweat, or chemicals
• Items damaged by misuse
• Items that have been worn or altered
COLOR FADING / WEAR & TEAR
Refunds are not issued for:

• Scratches from daily use

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If your refund request is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation when completed
